We’re placing our bets on leadership—and Stephanie Shine is a sure thing. As the 2025 Chair of A Night in Vegas, Stephanie brings over 15 years of executive recruitment expertise and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. She is the Partner and Co-Founder of Arkansas Talent Group, where she specializes in placing top-tier talent in accounting, finance, HR, and executive roles across the region.

Stephanie’s professional journey is marked by innovation, integrity, and impact. Her leadership roles with Rotary International, the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA), and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) reflect her commitment to service and strategic growth. She has been featured in Arkansas Business, Soirée Women to Watch, and multiple executive spotlights for her contributions to business and leadership in Arkansas.
